A Family Legacy of Handmade Art Since 1992
ArtRubin began in 1992, when Rubincho Jankoski discovered a unique form of relief art during a trip to Turkey. Inspired by what he saw, he returned home and began developing his own handmade technique—combining sculpture and painting into textured artworks with depth and character.
What started as a small workshop has grown into a family business built over more than three decades, still guided by the same hands and principles.
Today, the business is led by Rubincho, together with his family:
- Biljana Jankoska, who plays an important role in the daily operations and production
- Mihail Jankoski, who supports the workshop and creative process
- Hristijan Jankoski, second generation, responsible for growth, online sales, product development, and international expansion, while also actively involved in production and sales
Our youngest family member is also expected to join in the future, continuing the tradition into the next generation.
Handmade Bas-Relief Art
Every ArtRubin piece is handcrafted from start to finish using clay and canvas.
The process includes:
- Hand-sculpted clay reliefs
- Natural or oven drying
- Mounting the sculpture onto canvas using professional adhesive
- Acrylic base painting
- Hand-finished spray paint detailing
Each piece takes 1–2 days to produce (mostly drying time), and weighs around 300–500g, making it lightweight, durable, and ready to hang.
What Makes ArtRubin Different
ArtRubin is not printed or mass-produced. Every artwork is individually handmade, meaning no two pieces are ever identical.
We combine sculpture and painting to create a 3D bas-relief effect that brings depth, shadow, and life into the artwork depending on the light and environment.
This makes each piece not just decoration, but a tactile visual experience.
Our Reach
From our workshop in Greece, ArtRubin has grown into an international family business with artworks delivered across Europe, including Greece (Corfu, Thessaloniki), Malta, Spain (Alicante), Finland (Helsinki), and Romania.
Despite this growth, every piece is still made by hand in the same workshop, one at a time.
